What a precious picture of the 2 of you. I think of you and your family everyday Jessica. Even though I dont know you personally, through your journals I have fallen in love with your family. Keeping all of you in my prayers every day. God bless you all. Love, Sarah
aren’t basketball games fun? i am always so amazed by how tall the players really are. i guess on tv, everyone is proportionally the same, so you lose something. it’s the one sport i like to watch in person. baseball is kind of a snooze for me and football, i can never tell who has the ball. plus, here in d.c., they throw chipolte burritos into the crowd during the breaks. yum.
Don’t you just LOVE having dates. It is something I always try to do with the kids every once in a while, I think it is important for them to to get that special reserved time just for them. (and the bonus, they seem to understand more when I tell them mommy and daddy need a date!)
I am sooo jealous! I went to school in Iola, TX with “The Bird Man” Chris Andersen! He was one of my good friends! He has really turned his life around. (Not sure if you know about his past!). Anyways, I LOVE THE NUGGETS! I live in Texas so we are going to see them when they play the Mavericks later this month. It is going to be bad b/c my boyfriend is a die hard Mavs fan, AND we will be in Dallas, so I can’t sport my Nugs stuff! UGH. Anyway, looks like yall had a GREAT time! Prayers from Texas!
How fun…..I bet Axel had a ball having mom to himself. I have two boys and love doing one on one things with them – even now as they are teenagers. Think/pray for your family often.

You and your family are in my prayers daily. I pray that the Lord will bless you with grace and mercy as your struggle to move forward from this life changing event. I can’t imagine what it would be like to lose a little one but I can pray that the Lord Almighty will continue to give you peace and NUGGETS of moments that make your soul smile and treasure your Tuesday and those around you. You are loved sister in Christ and know that you are never alone. May each day get a bit sweeter as you trust in the Lord. Life is never daisies and honey but by the grace of our Lord, anything is possible. You have choosen second by second to raise above this earths struggles and trail, but only by His strength we can raise above the sadness of this life…
What a darling little man you have. He is so handsome. Give him a few years and you will be running the girls away from your front door or your phone will still BUSY all the time. I am so glad you two went out and had a great time.. Do alot more of it. You deserve it……and I know that Axel enjoyed having his mommy all to himself… Still praying for you and your family, here in Louisiana……Kathy
Dear Jessica, I stumbled upon your blog from…? I am so so sorry Tuesday left your family. I started to say lost then I realized that lost is just a totally inappropriate word which I will never use again in the context of death.
You did not loose your beautiful baby girl, God just decided She needed Tuesday more than you did. Unfair, ugly, painful but none the less true. I will keep you and Piper (especially – my mom is a twin I can’t imagine her without my aunt) the boys and Charlie in my prayers.
stombled onto your site through a site of a friends and don’t really know how but glad now that I did, your story has blessd me so and made me more thankful of my date nights with my 2 boys 10 and 4 and thankful for our fights with homework and more….anyways just wanted to say thank you for blessing me this day and I will remember to pray for you often…Jan Brown Kernersvill, NC
