Hello Everyone,
There will be a benefit dinner and silent auction honoring Tuesday Whitt on October 12, 2008 at 6 o’clock in the evening. All proceeds from the dinner ticket sales and silent auction items will go directly to the Whitt family to assist with the management of Tuesday’s medical bills.
Dinner will be held at the beautiful ‘Club at Pradera’ overlooking the golf course. See http://www.theclubatpradera.com for photos of this delightful venue. Dinner will be prepared specifically for our event by wonderful gourmet chefs. The meal will include a salad, entrée, iced tea/water and a beautiful desert buffet. Tickets are $50 per person and can be purchased by contacting Jennifer Neeley at happygirl18@gmail.com. Seating is limited to 120 people so tickets will be sold on a first come-first served basis only. There will be no admittance on the night of the event without prepayment.
A silent auction will be displayed from 6-8 pm and auction winners will be announced at 8:30 pm. Payment must be made in full by check or via paypal the night of the event. Items that cannot be paid for or are not bid on will be put on a website for open bidding.
During this event a photographer will be present to photograph couples and groups for a nominal fee as part of the fundraising event.
This event is semi-formal. Adults only please.

Hello Whitt Friends,
We would love you to contribute items for the auction, I’m just not sure yet who to send them to. We are thinking about having an online auction for out-of-towners to participate in, I will keep you posted on the status of both these items.
Also, we are working on creating a space (on the PayPal page where tickets can be purchased) for people to make a donation. That way, everyone has a way to contribute who wants to.
